About this work by the artist:
In this painting, we see a hint of a distinct curved shaped line that represents our journey through life captured at a specific point where the artist reflects on a life momentarily lived alone. Whilst some may perceive this to be a little sad and lonely, it represents for him a state where he is finally able to immerse himself into a world where creativity sits centre stage. The work deals with mental health, psychology, mindfulness and navigates the inner landscape in search for the higher self.
In this case as with the others ‘Creative Window 02’ works, I’m using just ink which is brought to life by the J. Herbin Burmese Amber which captures an autumnal look and reacts differently with both natural and artificial light.
