An expressive portrait of a beautiful Saddlebred in watercolor. These horses are known for their sense of presence and style, as well as for their spirited, yet gentle temperament. I have used wet-in wet technique to create this portrait, bringing out the gentleness of his face by the use of fluid movement of the brush and very liquid colors. The portrait is earthy in nature, with the use of browns with a bit of deep purple for contrast.The painting is unframed and it will ship flat packed for UK buyers. For international shipping, it will be sent rolled in a tube.
