Half-timbered buildings, with oak beams showing the fissures and cracks of great age and floors tilted crazily askew, are everywhere in my home town. But there are not enough of them. Here’s my suggestion to fix our housing crisis. A big house for a small plot.

This surreal multimedia artwork was created by me, using photography, pen and ink, pencil, digital reworking, watercolours, and acrylics.

This is the original and only copy, on paper, framed and ready to hang.
