Original artwork description:

There were many gates in old Beijing in the past. They all have a history of hundreds of years, but now only one and a half remain, and most of them were artificially destroyed in the 1950s and 1960s.

Old buildings will be replaced by tall buildings, as you can see from the artwork. Only outlines are left in the impression.
And the names of the towers will be in history, with the year when it vanished. Here I worte them on the Wall, and paint new buildings behind the outlines.

This is acrylic artwork on canvas board.
After purchase, you need to make frame to hang up.
