Artist's description:

The overworked image of queen Elizabeth shows the new character eating her own hand. On her wrist are the words “EAT STORY”.

When I first began printing images of the queen onto the dictionary pages I wasn't aware that the book was a German dictionary. Synchronicity playfully draws attention to the irony and part German heritage of the queen.

How do we measure our identity?

Please note that the painting is beautifully framed in a black wooden floating frame. Total measurements, inc frame are 28.5cm x 36cm's inc frame

Materials used:

acrylic, ink, paper
