Artist's description:

Come and SEE the Music. The Storm Troopers highlight the ambivalence surrounding Darth Vader. They hang back when Darth harms people and yet they are in his service. Being fearful perhaps terrified and disliking and mistrusting of their Dark Lord. It is not safe to render him assistance, to think or to act on one’s own volition. You never know as a Storm Trooper just when Darth Vader may find your lack of faith disturbing!
The magnificent "Imperial March" by John Williams is painted in the background lining the walls of the Death Star.
As a Synaesthete Artist I paint music that I can see. I have been seeing music and natural sounds for as long as I can remember. My synaesthesia paintings are a signature style. Unique characteristic delicate lines, detailed intricacy and often circles and shapes on a bed of colour. Fields of lines resulting in a sense of movement and three-dimensional landscapes of sound. My work visually displays music which is a distinct form of abstraction.
The addition of cartoon imagery brings a new exciting dimension to my work and allows me to utilise drawing skill which is the foundation of painting. I employ both traditional and new media in my art practice. Using Acrylic on Canvas and Digital Paining to create new works.
