I often return to favourite places - this time in spring. I love to watch the seasons change and try to capture the relationships between buildings, plants, land, sea and sky. The dome of Spanish city in Whitley bay is a northeastern icon. It's cutprremtly undergoing a period of renewal and will once again be a structure the region can be proud of. The graffiti hoarding hides the builders progress but the dome stands out gloriously as usual.
