Original artwork description:
This lighthouse was built in 1874 and is located at the end of the mile long Penfield Reef in Long Island sound off Fairfield CT. I was in the light house when I was young and it was manned by the Coast Guard. My father, sister and I were fishing in the rain and the 2 men manning the light house came out in their launch and invited us in to get dry and take a tour of the light. This is the third painting I've done of the light house.
