Artist's description:

This painting was inspired from a photo taken of the Shard building and London City on a flight from Dublin to London. I must have been the only person on board who was delighted when the pilot announced we would have to circle above London as we had missed our Heathrow slot! I took some great photos. I love that London is constantly evolving and even love the London cranes that constantly dominate the skyline.
High quality acrylic paint and collage on canvas. I painted the Shard transparent because it is, being made of glass. The collage was made from old newspaper, braille paper etc and then the paint worked into the collage using brushes and pallet knife.
The sides of the canvas are painted and it is ready to hang.
Signed on the back and includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity
