Artwork description:

A large handprinted and hand coloured linoprint on Japanese paper of a woman reaching up to kiss an imaginary, heavenly man - he is a strong blue and she is in warm earthy colours; the red of the background highlights her hair ... tendrils of blue swirl around the curves of her hips.

Limited to an edition of 20 (this actual print is number 4/20).

All my prints are hand printed by myself on quality Japanese cotton paper which is a strong paper with a slight fibrous quality.

The print is carefully hand-coloured with Winsor & Newton Professional acrylics in deep rich reds and blues with a tiny hint of gold acrylic on her bracelet. Please note that due to the nature of a water-based paint, there will be slight variations in the brushwork from one print to another.

Available unframed.
