Artist's description:

Faceless is a reference to mental illness, it is a physical view of my coping mechanism from when I was poorly.

I want people to be able to see how someone can feel when they have a mental illness. I painted the figure faceless to portray how a mental illness sufferer can feel. I felt very lost and generally not myself. Your face is what makes you so unique as an individual, so to take that away was to illustrate how you can feel when coping with depression or anxiety.
