Artwork description:
Take Flight is one of an ongoing series of original prints based around coastlines from around the south coast of England.
The etching with chine colle (thin handmade paper bonded under the etching) is printed on cotton rag Somerset printmaking paper using caligo oil based printing inks. The design is in shades of turquoise and dark blue and features a gull overlayed on an abstract textured etched design.
The print size is 14.5 x 15cm and comes mounted in an museum quality mount and backboard ready to fit into a standard 12" x 12"
Frame mock up is for illustration purposes only.
As with all works of art, care should be taken to display away from direct sunlight and excess humidity.
