Kate Watkins Linocut "Urchin" looks great. I can't wait to pick it up at the framer's so I can hang it in my bedroom. I love that the ink I thought was black online, is actually a rich, deep blue. It is mentioned in the description but I didn't read the description. I just fell in love with the image as soon as I saw it. Kate Watkins packaged it so well, in a thick cardboard mailer. She even waited to send it, as I requested. I hope to purchase another piece from her in the future.

Outrage would be too polite a word to use. Ordered on 15th Feb. Delivered to framers by artist 18th Feb. Delivery date quoted 5th March. 5th of March came and went with no delivery. Contacted the artist who chased up artfinder. Framed print delivered on 13th March. It’s not the time factor that worried me it was the lack of communication and tracking of delivery. No email saying that the delivery would be on the 13th. Just a loud consistent banging on my door in the afternoon. Not good.

I'm really sorry you've had a bad experience with the framing service. I'm afraid that part of the service is out of the artists hands. We have been in touch about this and I have expressly asked Artfinder on more than one occasion to contact you directly with an update on your item. Hopefully they will follow up with you to offer an apology soon.

I am absolutely delighted with my new print Clevedon Pier. Kate is extremely talented. The print looks even better in person. I love it! Kate is also extremely responsive to questions. My print arrived very quickly and the packaging was excellent. I will be buying more art from Kate.
