Very happy with the pictures and communication. However the process of choosing which frame you wanted was confusing due to pictures on sight being personal pictures of frame that the artist had taken, rather than what was on offer. Got what I wanted but took a few correspondence to ensure this was the case.

Hi Abby, thanks very much for taking time to write a review. I'm glad you like the pictures but sorry the process of framing was more difficult. I'll try and make sure it's clearer in the descriptions that my framed images aren't representations of the framing service. Kate
