Artwork description:
This is a limited edition etching in black and white, of a stone collection.
The textures on the stones have been painted onto a copper plate with a sugar solution and then a wax ground is rolled over the top. The plate is then submerged in water and the sugar comes off, leaving the bare metal. It is then then put into acid which bites the areas which I have painted. The plate is then printed using black ink.
It is from an edition of 50 and will be signed and numbered.
