As the collector of the painting said: "It is about the beginning of something new. It is about a choice that changes the future."
History of the name of the painting:
The day I wrote this work, I went into my fear and grew over it in the process of painting. The boldness in the actions has been transferred to the boldness of the colors that I use in the painting. There is purple, red, ocher, blue and turquoise. I applied each stroke and background under the inner admiration of the process. The work is spiritual, filled with symbolism and deep meaning. A tiny twig in the sparrow's beak is a prayer for peace, a better life and blessings. Hands reach for the crumbs of hope that the bird carries in the twig. Hands emerge from the darkness and are filled with color, desire for life.
The story of the collector became the basis of the title of the work, and the painting was named after the purchase. As the new owner says, she could not sleep when she saw the work for the first time and thought about the painting. Now she very happy that I immediately bought the artwork in the morning. The painting became a symbol of change and a new beginning for her.
I am glad that such a sincere story happened between the painting and the collector. I wish everyone to find their own artwork.
