This textured abstract painting is made with knife and brush technique. The contrasts of warm red, yellow and orange give an illusion of burning fire.
I love sitting by a fireplace and gaze into the flickering flames. I was inspired by that feeling of warmth when painting this abstract. There is so much warmth that you can almost feel the burning flames.
