  • Biography
    Hello !

My passion for art has roots in my childhood in Poland when I used to watch my grandfather make and paint puppets for his theatre and my artistic imagination developed through that.
I decided to pursue art at the secondary and university level education. I organized many exhibitions in Poland, Belgium, and Canada.

Someone once asked me why do I paint? I answered: Why do birds sing…?

I feel the need to show what I see and how I see it.

Why women’s portraits? What could be more interesting? I love to analyze faces; it always amazes me how small details can tell so much about what person might think or feel.

Landscape for me is a journey of a man lost somewhere between the sky and the water.
I feel that I am a part of nature and nature is a part of me.

Abstract has always been something that attracted me as well. I feel an undefined need to create certain mental tension that evokes internal vibration in the viewer.

Even though I started my journey with painting many years ago, every time I discover something new in it and it is always full of surprises. I hope to continue my passion and to share my feelings and experiences with you.

Thank you for joining me on my journey,

I invite you to see my paintings. I hope you will enjoy them!
Feel free to post a comment or questions, I will be glad to answer!

    Thank you,

    Syzym
