Original artwork description:

An original and unique life drawing of a female nude model. A great opportunity to own an original artwork for your home decor or for collectors.

The artwork has been made with charcoal and water colour wash.

The human figure is my primary inspiration in drawing and painting, to explore the possibilities of line, shape, colour and form.

From originally attending life drawing classes as an aid to my studies in art, the human figure has since become my abiding passion to explore my creativity in a multitude of media - drawing, painting, collage and even embroidery.

This piece is informed by a fascination with the works of expressionist artists such as Egon Schiele and Alexi Jawlensky, whilst remaining a modern and contemporary interpretation.

The drawing has also been treated with a pastel fixative for its protection and durability.
