Original artwork description:

An elephant has great emotions, it is webbed into a caring social network – they may not be human, but they are no less. Ink is a powerful medium that carries endless depth and wisdom. Painting over the ricer paper using ink, the oriental brush stokes capture the spirit of the elephant wonderfully and elegantly. The ink brush painting (Chinese painting or sumie) is a painting style that focuses on the transmission of emotion in a simplified language, the core of the oriental wisdom hides in the few ink lines. The conception of this painting came to me rather abruptly, but once thought of, the idea grew like wildfire. This is a piece intended to capture just one being, leaving enough space of interpretation. It has to be strong, powerful, yet natural and action-filled. The result, as you see, is that the elephant is slightly to the left side of the panel, walking steadily, slowly yet powerfully; Its trunk lifted in excitement, and its head slightly tilted to the side; The horizon behind sets the scene in motion, bent as if seen from a fisheye camera lens, the world behind is alive, the dotted trees over the horizon are flourishing, and the sky full of clouds fill this space with fresh air. I was very content after the painting, I felt stronger.
