Painting is really nice, and met expectations, was disappointed with the framing which was poor quality and going to have to get properly framed

Absolutely beautiful painting - the second I have bought from Fiona - that merges stunning classical Chinese brushwork and sense of colour and tone with a distinctive personal style. For me, the mood she evokes in each piece is one of the reasons they are so mesmerising; the warm tones and subtle lines of the first I bought hooked me as soon as I saw it, and the same was true of this cooler-hued counterpart. Both are even more beautiful in person, and bring me joy every day when I see them. There is a real sense of balance to Fiona's compositions and work with colour that is immensely pleasing and takes great skill and experience to achieve. Receiving a painting from Fiona is also part of the delight - they are beautifully and securely packed in patterned storage tubes for safekeeping and there is always a kind note and additional gift too (this time a lovely cushion cover of one of her own paintings) which makes opening them feel truly special. With fast postage and great communication too, I can't say enough good things about buying from this artist, both in terms of the experience and the quality of the art itself, and I look forward to further adding to my own collection of Fiona Sheng art very soon!
