Artwork description:

One of my more abstract images, this landscape with receding layers, shows an evening light with rainfall in the near distance.
It was painted digitally in my favourite iPad app.
I created it immediately when I got home after I saw this scene when I was driving west at twilight one evening in early March 2017. The light was so striking that the bright part of the sky appeared turquoise against the dark clouds and there were sheets of rain falling here and there.

I use a London printing company - the image is printed professionally (to order) on 310gsm Canon Aquarelle Rag which is a beautifully textured paper, similar to that of traditional watercolour.

Border size - 2.5cm / 0.9"
I will sign, title date and number the print under the image on this border.
