This artwork is drawn in bronze, cast in glass, stained and mounted on a mirrored backing, painted in acrylics. The central drawing is personal and discreet, being just 4 inches - ten centimetres - on a side for the drawing itself. It's mounted on a painted board that's just a foot (30cms) square. Perfect as an original and unique gift for someone close to you!
The drawing is a simple, slightly abstracted, representation of the side door of the medaeval church of St Anne's in the ancient English town of Shewsbury.
It's ready to hang as you can see. It's also fitted with brackets allowing it to be screwed to the wall, as it's been designed for display in a gallery setting. Unusually, it also has a simple support allowing it to be placed standing up on a dressing table or mantel, as shown in one of the studio photos.
