Blue Sky Breakthrough is a limited edition reduction Lino print. This edition was 6 prints.
The way a reduction Lino cut works makes it hard to work out how to do some of the things you can do with other mediums. I've been running the idea of sunbeams through my mind for some time, and I've finally worked out a way to do it - I hope you think I have been successful. As the sunbeams were all added by hand each print will vary - if you would like to chose from the actual art I have then let me know and I will send you photographs of them so you can chose.
A reduction Lino print is formed using layers of colour that are cut and printed from the same block of Lino. This is one of an edition of 6 prints, because of the process of making a Lino print, each one has slight variations making each one of them original.
This is printed using Caligo safe wash vegetable oil based ink on Somerset Satin 300GSM paper.
The print is numbered, titled and signed on the front, it is unmounted and not framed. The printed image is 30 x 40 cm.
The image will be sent securely packaged by Royal Mail.
