    My finished Triptych inspired by the lyrics of the song Autumns leaves is now featured in an exhibition of my paintings at 'Art at the Morgue' at the Five Bells pub and gallery at Buriton, Hampshire. Great time of year for a walk on the South Downs, combined with a good pint next to the open fire !

    I currently have a range of original acrylic and oil paintings and limited edition prints on exhibition at this great Hampshire Pub and Gallery. Well worth a visit especially at this time of the year. http://fivebells-buriton.co.uk/ The exhibition features two of my favourite recent paintings 'Gold Rush' and 'Landscape in Blue and Gold ' which are heavily textured oil paintings where I have applied gold leaf.

    I have my evolving exhibition 'Landscape reflections ' on exhibition currently at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park Visitors centre, near Petersfield in Hampshire until the 13th January. There are 13 original paintings on exhibition.

    Travels around Hampshire

    Travels around Hampshire

    As so many of my paintings are inspired by my travels around the beautiful and diverse County of Hampshire, which often involves a visit to the local pubs .... I thought I would start to give some recommendations of my favourite Hampshire pubs along with the descriptions of the paintings. All adds to the spirit of reflecting the particular sense of place ( genius loci) and well ...... why not !
