In these I will we striving to depict some of the quality of light and shade expressed in the garden paintings of the absolutely awesomely talented Joaquin Sorolla. Somehow he always has the edge!

    I am pleased to have dispatched my painting 'Shepherd's Delight' off to a buyer in Philadelphia...but the cost of postage has shot up....seemingly doubled! I have had to adjust the postage costs charged but fear that this will just kill any future sales to the USA sadly.

    Lanzarote Sunset is one of the paintings that I will be exhibiting in the 'Back to the Drawing board' group exhibition at the Dart Centre at Hedge End, Southampton from 8th Jan until 9th Feb 2024. The sun is a universal symbol of renewal and new beginnings.
