    My name is Francisco Dominguez. Thank you for visiting my portfolio. I was born in El Salvador, C. A. and moved to Chicago IL in 1980 due to the civil war in my country. I graduated from UIC in 1990 with a degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design. There I studied photography, painting and graphics among other things. I did freelance graphic design for a few years and painted as a hobby. I moved to Phoenix AZ in 2002 and did not got into painting fully until then. I discovered the joy of art when I was in kindergarten and knew then that painting was something that one day I would want to pursue. It is still a relaxing and enjoyable activity that I perform during my free time from work. I would like to think that my art causes an emotion to the viewer as it does to me when creating it. I paint what I see, how I see it and how it makes me feel!! It can be a tangible subject, and idea or a feeling. It just makes me feel good to show my emotions. Enjoy!!!
