Vignaharta Ganesha..... The remover of obstacles in our life. So pleased with how the textured background has developed in this painting. Was intending to go for a sculptural look. Decided on the blue color, a color of royalty, stability and wisdom. A dash of blue glitter on the ornaments and red on the flowers makes the Ganesha twinkle in the light... The gallery wrapped thick canvas with painted edges gives this painting a 3D look.
