Abstract painting, coastal art with flowing 3D dimensional brushstrokes and heavy texture in shades of blue, turquoise, teal, red, gold, bronze and silver colors.
I created an abstract landscape painting that representing shapes the patterns of fossilized sea shells and sea creatures.

I was inspired to create the painting by tropical colors of the ocean and shelling on Beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island, located on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida. Many secluded and even not-so-secluded shorelines are covered in shells and different shapes and colors of stones and fossilized corals. Original and modern feel and really nice texture.

This is an original abstract 3D vertical or horizontal contemporary painting presented on a gallery wrapped canvas.
Painting is stretched on a supported 1.5 inch thick wooden frame.
Only high quality artist grade acrylic paint and mediums are used.
The painting is hand signed and dated on the back.
The edges of the canvas are painted and it is ready to hang.
