Original artwork description:

I love the moody, almost monochrome look of these wading birds, picking their way along the water's edge, looking for dinner. Their silhouettes merge and blend, creating interesting shapes, which become more of a focus than their individual features.

Created in blocky brushwork with heavy body acrylics on a box canvas, this piece is ready to hang without a frame. Can be framed if a more finished look is preferred.
