Original artwork description:

Flowers are tricky to paint, specially tulips. They react so much to the surroundings. They change minute by minute. But still, when I was painting these ones they had very calming effect on me personally. They were very gentle and free. Tulips are symbolic of fame and love. The meanings also change with the color of the tulips. For this painting I picked Red tulips which mean "believe me" and are a declaration of true love. The background color brought them even more romance and grace.

This painting was done from life. It is painted on 14x18 inches (35.5*45.5cm) canvas panel with professional artist grade oil colors.
Painting is framed. For this painting I picked black wood frame with gold liner which is beautiful in its simplicity. The accented liner enhances the artwork placed inside. The frame width is 3-1/4". Painting is wired and ready to be hanged.

Painting size: 14" x 18" in
Framed size: 17" x 21" in

It was exhibited at:
ArtExpo New York 2017;
Annual Juried Still Life Show "Inanimate" at Main street Gallery, Huntington, NY
Phyllis Harriman Mason Gallery, New York, NY
