Yana was great to work with and I would definitely go back to her again if I ever wanted another custom painting. She was very good about initiating communication throughout the process. She was right there from the beginning brainstorming stages until the package was in my hand. She responds quickly and wants to make sure the artwork is exactly what you want. Yana was straightforward about prices from the beginning and explained the process thoroughly before I even made any deposits. Overall, I can tell she really cares about her costumers and is dedicated to making sure they are happy in the end.

Regarding the beginning stages of commissioning artwork, Yana has made things super easy. She is very kind and polite, and answers all my questions regarding how things will work and what she has planned. She wants to work with you and make sure that both you and her have the same vision for the final product. Overall, I had a great experience as a newbie who has never done anything like this before.
