Original artwork description:

A figurative study,
inspired whilst running I observe and capture the relationship between mind, body, and the landscape,
My dedication to perfection of symmetry, balance and gesture coincided with a felt presence of weight and movement lead me to explore and document the human form capturing it with all the nuances of a heightened physical state,
Using the ever changing light, colours and textures gathered from our landscapes I paint the surroundings with the same focus as i use to capture the physical, sometimes removing the body to observe the impact it as had on the landscape

Materials used:

Oil and acrylic
