"Topography" is a minimalist mixed media on 300 lb. paper. Gray acrylic washes and marks dominate the hand-painted paper elements that also feature touches of dark gold ochre. The pale gray translucent column emphasizes the the dark band on overlayer. Dynamic in its simplicity, it's a subtle composition.
