Original artwork description:

This artwork is measuring 28 x 36 cm with borders. It is not currently framed. It has been sprayed with a fixative and ready for framing.

The under painting was hand painted using ultramarine blue ink. Layers of soft pastels then covered the under painting and many suggestive marks playfully placed, indicating details of the grasses.

I have painted this same scene 3 times before, both using oil paints and a pastel. All 3 paintings are sold and happily displayed at their owner’s houses.
