Artist's description:

Big painting made on paper applied on board. The painting has been framed with a vintage, scratched ornate frame.

Marcel the boxeur is a bit worried for his next boxing match. How can he plan the best strategy to beat his rival? His mother maybe is a boxe expert, because the first thing that he thought is to ask his mother for advice :-)! Marcel has been inspired by Marcel Cerdan, the great love of Edith Piaf and world champion french boxeur who tragically died in a plane crash. I love his sweet face put in his strong body!

PLEASE NOTE: the frame is a vintage item made in the '50s. There are scratches and other signs of use due to its age, anyway it's a well constructed and sturdy frame. I needed a vintage item to enhance the effect of a depicted situation that happened a long time ago. Please see the additional images to verify the frame aesthetic.
