"The Wolf who Stole a shoe" is a unique and wacky wolf sculpture of offbeat art.
It is part of the CalbinoOz series.
Like many CalbinoOz sculptures, he wears a small sweater made of one by one worked wooden mesh, brown color with black mottling, and a very pale and bright bluish white pants.
His peculiarity and his comical side reside in his expression: back ears of the one who made a mistake and is going to be scolded, his wet green eyes ready to cry if one takes away his treasure, he jealously cherishes against him a pale bluish-white shoe in the shape of a slipper...
Of course, if you look at his wolf feet, he has no chance to slip a foot in it!
Signed piece under the buttocks.
Material : dried empty calabash wood and liana wood, surfine wood cellulose, blown glass, mahogany pod, acrylic paint and protective varnish.
Dimensions : about W 20 X H 28 X D 27 cm
calabash wood, blown glass, mahogany seed, surfine wood cellulose, varnish
