Original artwork description:

Original acrylic landscape painting in a semi-abstract style. High quality acrylics on a stretched canvas. Supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
In contrast to my other work, I occasionally like to produce something more impressionistic, verging on the abstract, to suggest rather than directly represent a subject. To me, this painting is full of atmosphere. It was created with multiple washes of colour, slowly building up the large shapes of dark and light tones until I was able to achieve the sense of intrigue I was looking for. The highlights were then added with thicker paint. The work is finished with a coat of protective gloss varnish.
Supplied UNFRAMED. The canvas can still be hung unframed, as the edges are painted black. This can look very effective, particularly with modern decor. If you would prefer to buy the painting framed (at additional cost), please contact me prior to purchase using Artfinder's messaging system to discuss.

I believe very strongly in providing good customer service, and I am always happy to enter into a dialogue prior to purchase if you have any questions or preferences. All paintings/drawings are dispatched in very secure packaging.
Purchaser is responsible for any import or other taxes applicable to their shipping destination. I have no control over this.
