An arrangement of sunflowers I painted just last week (September 23) My husband brought them for me after finding them growing at the edge of a wheat field.
Strong, sturdy stems with beautiful big heads of an amazing dark yellow colour.
Painted directly from life, (no photos) drawn with a charcoal pencil lightly , then painted in layers until I’m happy with it.
