The bespoke wood frame is in a contemporary box style and is painted a soft white to suit most decor.

I always use artist quality paints and premium canvases or panels in my work.
All frames are bespoke for each individual painting.

The painting is shipped wrapped in several protective layers before being placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
I always send my artworks by tracked courier for extra security.

About the painting-
A recent stay on the Hebridean Isle of Lewis and Harris has provided a huge source of inspirational subjects to paint. While there I made a lot of sketchbook colour studies and these form the basis for my larger studio paintings.
The wild nature of the island together with the colours of plants rocks water and sky , all changing several times a day, - these elements are what I sought to capture in this series of paintings.
