"Shift Closer" is one of six paintings created for the "Shift" series that visualizes how we can embrace our connectedness in difficult times to shift and move forward. This minimalist gray and white painting positions hand-painted paper elements coming together. While in times of turmoil, we can feel alone, we can bring loose ends together, shift closer to others, and revive our sense of well-being. Selected for the Juniper Rag Magazine V3. SHIFT issue published in January 2022.

NOTE: The painting is on 140 lb. (300 gsm), acid-free, archival watercolor paper with a final varnish (front and back) for added protection.
