Acolytes are followers assisting a celebrant in a religious service or procession. In these bizarre and troubled times, I often wonder if there will be a return to worshipping the unknown; will the Gods return?

This is a mixed media artwork created from imagination using acrylic paint and inks, and oil sticks It has been sealed with Gamvar gloss varnish, which brings out the rich colours and mark-making.

This painting is sold mounted in an Ice-White lightly textured mount and is presented in a cellophane bag along with a backing board. The mounted size is 16" X 12" and is ready to slot into a frame of your choice (it is sold unframed). The painting aperture is 11.3" X 8". It is signed in the bottom right-hand corner.
