An original painting completed on cream leather and box-framed over a stretcher frame with the leather wrapped and secured; comes ready strung for wall hanging.
The aim was to explore the textures of shiny latex on leather, chrome and a shiny floor. The composition is of a Catwoman-type figure in an active pose - but not aggressive.
This is one of my unique art on leather pieces that provides a more interactive experience not normally present in 2D artwork. The leather is painted using industry-standard leather paint that can be touched and a leather aroma. I use the same paint on my leather jacket paintings.
