This drawing was done at the Tamsui riverside near ZhuWei as the last colours of the sunset were slowly disappearing. I liked the way the purple colours illuminated the clouds and reflected onto the darkening river. It is the view from near ZhuWei looking along the Tamsui river towards the ocean and was drawn “en plein air.”
