Original oil on canvas landscape painting “Morning freshness. The first snow in the mountains”.
The warm morning sunlight in the Carpathian mountains after a frosty night and the first snow was amazing!
I have been hatching the subject of this picture for over a year. I couldn't forget the incredible combination of warm colors of autumn trees and intense cold blues and purples in the shade.
In the background of the painting is a view of the highest point of Ukraine, Mount Hoverla (2061 m), in the foreground are mountains, houses of people and autumn trees.
Oil on canvas, 47x71 cm
Painted on canvas without stretcher.
Italian canvas 100% cotton with acrylic primer. Italian oil paints Maimeri. In some places, he applied paint in a thick layer using a palette knife.
Finally, I embodied my impressions of that wonderful first frosty morning in the Carpathians. For more than a year, I was hatching an idea.
During my cycling trip, I spent the night with my friend Aunt Pasha, and in the morning I contemplated such beauty. The incredible color of the mountains illuminated by the warm morning light that occurs only a few minutes after sunrise, and the even more incredible blue and purple color of the mountains in the shadows.
I thank God that I got up that morning before the sun and caught these moments.
In the background is the morning moon and a view of Mount Goverla, which is visible in the vicinity of Verkhovyna only from this place, near the house of Aunt Pasha.
After purchasing the picture, you need to pull it onto a stretcher.
Original painting in a single copy. A certificate of authenticity will be attached to the package.
Worldwide delivery at my expense in a protected cardboard box or tube. Sending the painting within three working days from the date of purchase.
Delivery from Ukraine on average 10-15 days, depending on the country of destination.
I will be glad to answer your questions.
Best regards, Andrii Kovalyk.
