Original artwork description:
Olive is a 2 year old spaniel and is extremely bright and alert with a very shiny coat. I wanted to paint her for the challenge of capturing all the pinks and peach tones in her dark brown hair. I chose the bright green background to further bring out those warm tones in contrast.
I used Micheal Harding oil paints on a linen canvas. The painting is currently unframed, however I could arrange framing if desired.
