Original artwork description:

This was drawn last year from life in the beautiful sleepy countryside town of Wujie in Yilan County, Taiwan. It was drawn at the end of great rainy day where my wife and I had walked through the neighbouring countryside and fields to the nearby volcanic beach to hear the waves, then walked back along a river, tonnes of fun!
As we returned I noticed the local Temple across the fields still had some lights on that were reflecting across the water filled fields and had to draw it! Luckily, I could sit outside our room in the staircase and draw the scene through the window without getting wet. I wanted to keep the details and colours loose in this picture as the darkness made it difficult to make out the details.
