Artist's description:

Big format charcoal work, connecting surrealism and visionary art.
Nature is always an infinite source of inspiration - the visions and feelings it awakens have an amazing creative and healing power.
I've realistically drawn a Carpathian forest setting and than let it be populated by imaginary beings. There's clearly the two major protagosnists here - the group of figures riding the horse-like animal and the being drawing their attention from behind the tree on the right, but it seems that their presence transforms the setting itself - as you focus and start looking more carefully, also the trees and forest floor reveal faces and figures. This is very much how I look at nature and I'm happy how this work manages to evoke this way of perceiving it.
