Original artwork description:

As someone who walks in the UK a lot, I'm often struck by how much the body looks like a range of mountains when draped over a prop. Whether the Shropshire hills locally or a range further away the long line of pushed up earth and rock with a sky or clouds behind. Green fields turning to gold as the seasons change.

Conte and soft pastel on pink sugar paper 42 x 30 cm (c. 16 x 12 "). It will either be rolled for delivery (glassine inside to protect the drawing) or wrapped in glassine and sandwiched in cardboard depending on where it is being sent to.

Mounting/Mat Suggestion: Images are included of how the piece could look if float-mounted or put behind mountboard(s) [in the US known as mats] before framing.

Materials used:

Conte Pastel
