Oil painting on a deep edge canvas ready to hang on your wall.
I worked on this painting for several weeks during November and December 2015 trying to get the feeling of the early morning light right.
The Plumpton fields are just north of Lewes, Sussex, where I live and we are lucky to sometimes get snow for a few days in winter. It never stays for long and had to go out very early in the morning to capture the light and crisp frost on my camera and in my sketch book.
